(b)落實(shí)政府采購(gòu)政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實(shí)預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購(gòu)中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項(xiàng)目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購(gòu)，評(píng)審時(shí)小型和微型企業(yè)均不執(zhí)行價(jià)格扣除優(yōu)惠。（2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)；

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement measures to reserve shares, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support the policies of small and medium-sized enterprises: this project is specially designed for small and medium-sized enterprises to purchase, and small and micro enterprises do not implement price deduction concessions during evaluation. (2) Support welfare units for the disabled and treat them as small and micro enterprises;
