簡要規(guī)則描述：本工程擬對南華城、文怡苑二期等16個垃圾廂房進(jìn)行升級改造工作，具體工作內(nèi)容包括拆除并新建場地，新建給排水管，外墻涂料提升，新建不銹鋼存桶區(qū)等。（具體數(shù)量及要求詳見工程量清單及圖紙。）

The proposed project leader shall have a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in the field of construction engineering, a valid safety production assessment certificate, and shall not serve as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects; 7.
